I'm an author focusing on fantasy and sci-fi novels. Specifically, I write in the sub-genre of LitRPG.
I also own a kids' fitness center and coach sports, gymnastics, and judo.
I've been a math teacher, computer programmer, and worked on cruise lines. That let me travel around the world and expand my horizons enormously.
I've ridden elephants, zip-lined between mountains, climbed a glacier, dove on the Barrier Reef, gone on an African safari, and even danced in the end of a rainbow!
What is LitRPG?
LitRPG is a subgenre of progression fantasy and a branch of GameLit.
In GameLit, the story is set inside a game or game-like world. The game elements are a major part of the story, and the story couldn't happen without them.
In LitRPG, these game elements are tracked and displayed throughout the story, as in an RPG game. This can include skills, class levels, power rankings, and more.
